When someone buys one of the plots the plot will be in a region named Plot_1 or a different number When they buy it just do /region addmember Plot_1 [Username]

Ok :3 Btw, can I has perms to build in a safezone? its annoying using worldeedit to break one block. If not, I can live.

You should be able to with the /f bypass command. Anyway the spawn isn't in a safezone and if there was one that should be the only place.

Sadly, I can't do bypass. Bugs me when people tell me to check a chest and I can't open it :/ I can't open any chest's in a faction XD
