Kotorfan117 not really good admin

Guys, the new admin Kotorfan117, doesn't know like, anything. I dont know what we were looking for, but I'm sorry, this guy just doesnt deserve admin. He didn't know how to rank, he tp'd to me and said he was raiding, and he's cheating a lot. He built a bedrock hut around ladyarecool and put water inside to drown her. This guy is a total noob. Please don't let him be an admin. I met him for like 10 minutes, and I know that he sucks. Suggestions.
Now i know admins arent perfect, but seriouly, we have tons of people to choose from. Why the inexperienced guy? One last thing, I searched up his post. he says he's been admin on 10-15 different servers. Then how can he not know super simple commands I really think he's lying, please, choose someone else.

Well noone has told him that he cant use illegit stuff on players. And on most server admins can, lets tell him that and keep him, the other people I dont like.
